This is a tough place to rate. I think in a lot of other cities this could be a 5-star place, but in Vegas, it's an pretty average 4-star restaurant. Another sushi restaurant that does an omakase, Kyara, is right down the street. It's $25 more than the top omakase at Kase, but is substantially better. I'm talking not even close. If the rating stopped there then Kase would be a 3-star. But Kase has cheaper options for Omakase that appeals to a wider range of customers, and I am a firm believer that anyone who enjoys sushi should experience omakase at least once. Kase doesn't have the traditional omakase experience where you can interact with the chefs or even see them work however, it's more geared towards bigger groups who go out for sushi. All that being said, I think the non-sushi items were generic, not very well thought out, and honestly did not flow with the meal. I was disappointed to say the least. The sushi, however, was good. I have no complaints on the quality of fish or the rice. I think it was a very solid offering that I enjoyed and if you're into something besides just basic tuna and salmon, you would enjoy it too. It's just hard to give Kase 5-stars when as stated above, for $25 more you're getting a substantially better experience. At least with Kase you don't need to worry about finding a reservation, so it's got that going for it. I don't think I will be back, but that has nothing to do with the quality of fish. I think Kase is great for someone who wants to experience omakase but isn't sure they would like it, or for groups of 3-6 who want sushi but don't want to waste time and money on most all-you-can-eat places.

This is a Japanese sushi restaurant. Its decorations and vibe is good. The menu is typical of a sushi restaurant with a nice selection of fish and cooked foods. One of its special offerings is the set Omakase menu. This is basically a set of dishes based on chef's choice. Overall, we had a good experience here.

Took my family from LA to dinner here last night, we were a party of 6. The fish was extremely fresh and delicious. The toppings and flavors left us wanting to order more and more. The service was amazing, the chef even came out to talk to us and ask us if he can get us anything else. We finally found a spot in Vegas with premium quality of fish that has that cozy, comfortable, family type vibes. We’re already planning on next trip back.

Best version of every dish we've ever had! Even better than every Michelin Star restaurant we've eaten at. Everything was so tasty, but the wagyu and sushi especially stood out. The sake selection was excellent as well!

Wonderful restaurant to have a first Omakase experience since this place is very casual and reasonably priced. The quality of the fish is very very good as well. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and explained each dish into detail. We do prefer if the dishes would not come as fast since when one dish was finished, the next one would show up immediately. We will definitely come back here.

Kase is hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. I sat at the sushi bar for the omakase, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. The atmosphere is modern and energetic but still refined, perfect for a date night or special occasion. Every piece was incredibly fresh, but the Otoro was the real standout. It was cut to perfection and melted in your mouth. The torched wagyu was phenomenal too. What really made the night special, though, were the chefs. They explained each dish in amazing detail and took the time to chat with us about our favorite cuts of fish and even the strangest foods we’ve tried. You could feel how passionate they are about what they do. If you’re a sushi lover visiting Vegas, Kase is a must-try. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
